Who We Are

Three Brothers, One Family Business

Water Filtration Buffalo is owned and run by Jason, Stephen, and Mike, three brothers with a shared preference for the way family-owned businesses treat people. When you call, you reach one of us or someone we trust, not a call center. When we recommend a system, it is because your water test says you need it.

All three of us are involved in health and wellness in our own lives, and that is what pulled us toward water. It is the one thing everyone in the house consumes every day, and it is the easiest thing to improve once you know what is in it. Our goal is simple: clean, good-tasting water for families across the Buffalo area, delivered by people who will still be here to answer the phone next year.

What We Believe

How We Approach Every Home

We would rather tell you that you do not need something than sell it to you. That principle shapes every part of how we work.

Data Before Sales

Buffalo Water and the Erie County Water Authority publish their numbers every year. We start there, then test at your tap, and only then talk about equipment.

Health and Wellness First

We got into this because we care about what our own families drink. That is the standard we bring to yours.

Family-Owned, Locally Run

No franchise fees, no corporate scripts, no pressure to hit a number. Decisions are made by the people who show up at your door.

Plain Language

We explain what a system will and will not change, in words that make sense, so you can decide without guesswork.

Install It Right, Then Stand Behind It

We size, install, and commission every system ourselves and leave you a maintenance schedule in writing.

Buffalo Is the Whole Territory

We serve the city and its northern suburbs. That focus means we know the difference between Lake Erie water and Niagara River water, and between a Clarence well and a Snyder tap.

Why Local Matters

Buffalo Water Is Not One Thing

The city of Buffalo drinks Lake Erie water from the Colonel Ward plant. Amherst, Clarence, and Williamsville drink Niagara River water from the Erie County Water Authority, with nearly double the chlorine and a higher lead reading. Parts of Clarence are on limestone wells that need a completely different approach. A national company sells the same package everywhere. We size to the water at your address.

That is also why we publish the numbers on every page of this site. If a recommendation is worth making, it is worth showing the data behind it.

Service Area

Where We Work

We install throughout the city of Buffalo and in Amherst, Clarence, and Williamsville. Each area has its own page with the water data and the systems that fit: Buffalo, Amherst, Clarence, and Williamsville.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Water Filtration Buffalo

What people ask before they book a consultation with us.

No. It is a family business owned by three brothers, Jason, Stephen, and Mike. There is no national parent company, no franchise territory, and no corporate sales script. We chose to build it that way because we prefer dealing with family-owned businesses ourselves.

One of us, or a technician we have trained and trust. You will have a direct contact from the first call through installation and any maintenance afterward, and you will not be handed off to a call center.

We specify equipment based on your water test and your home, not on a single supplier’s catalog. If your water does not call for a particular stage, we will say so.

A conversation about what you are noticing, a look at your supply and plumbing, and a test at your tap for the things that matter for your area, typically chlorine, hardness, and lead where the house is older. You get a plain-language recommendation with the reasoning behind it and no obligation.

Because that is where our interest in water came from. All three of us pay attention to what our own families eat and drink, and water is the one thing everyone consumes every day. Improving it is one of the simplest changes a household can make.

Yes. If you have an existing softener, carbon unit, or reverse osmosis system, we can evaluate it, replace media or cartridges, and tell you whether it is doing the job for your water.
